Menopause is a total arsehole.
It hits you at the time you feel vulnerable: starting to be invisible, you don’t recognise yourself in the mirror, all the weight gain, the mood swings, the changes in cognitive function…the axe murdering tendencies…

But as women, we pick ourselves up and carry on

And I’m here to tell you, there bloody well is life after menopause, and it can be great.

I’m also here to remind you that us old farts had the BEST parties, had all the freedoms and are still doing cool shit.

But these two slogans really summed up how I feel…
