I met a woman once who had never felt s*xual pleasure. She was in her thirties, and had an active s*x life, but had never experienced release/climax. This was sincerely baffling to me, and I pondered if she'd ever communicated to a partner what she liked, working on the theory that (excuse sounding crass) that we knew how to operate our own ... equipment, we could be a guidance to others? Her reply; "Eww I've never done that. Gross."

She'd be nearing 50 I imagine these days. I think of her sometimes, and wonder with hope that she found her way.
